1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your CelestialTones purchase. Our return policy is designed to be fair and straightforward:
Return Window: 30 days from the delivery date
Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached
Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order number required
Exclusions: Final sale items, customized products, and gift cards cannot be returned
2. How to Initiate a Return

We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted
