A: This is normal due to weather conditions. The sound will stabilize over time. For best results, keep your wind chime in a covered area during extreme weather.

A: We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Customized items are final sale unless defective.
Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned item. The time to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

A: Custom orders typically take 2-3 weeks for production plus shipping time. We'll provide a detailed timeline when you place your order.
